Do you carry stock vinyl bags:
We are the largest supplier in the world for stock vinyl bags.

Do you do Comforter & HF bags:
No we do not. We specialize in the higher end of the market. Rarely do we work in 3.2 gauge vinyl. There are a few companies that specialize in that located in this country. There are also many closeouts within that end of the market.

How long does it take to get delivery of my Stock bags:
If the bag is in stock & the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. we can usually ship out the same day.

Pre-production samples:
Allow 14-20 days for a Pre-production sample. We do require camera ready art on either Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop or most MS platforms. Also logo placement & size requirements are needed. Once your sample is sent to you, You will be required to sign off on the Pre-Production sample & deposit before fabrication begins. Deposits are between 25% & 50% depending on the nature of the project.

Custom Bag Delivery:
30-90 days, also depends on quantity & availability of materials.

What are the minimums I can order:
250 pcs on Stock bags & 2,500pcs. on custom bags

Can I mix & match to meet minimums:
stock item's ship in sealed cartons of either 100 or 250 depending on style/Custom item's can be mixed to meet quantity requirements.

Does the cost of my bags include shipping:
No it does not. We have 2 locations from where the bags ship from, Long Beach, Ca, & Chicago. You will be billed from either of these locations. If you choose to use your carrier you will need to provide carrier information.

Stock & Customv Samples:
Samples of stock bags ship out every Friday & Monday. Custom samples take roughly 14 days w/o artwork & up to 21 with artwork depending on workload. Some charges may apply on custom samples depending on the specific nature of the project. Expedited services are available.

Do you offer Terms/Credit:
1st time orders are always C.O.D. Either paid by check or Credit Card. Terms can be set up after the 1st order as long as the order is over $250.00. You can either send us credit information or fill out a form that we can either Email or Fax at your request.

Do you accept credit cards:
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa & Mastercard.

Return Policy:
No returns on Custom Orders. Stock items can be returned within 72 hours after reciept and a restocking fee will apply. Items must be in sealed cartons and unused for a refund.


Does Great Lakes put their company name on their zipper heads like other suppliers:
Never, in fact we think that's not in good taste. These companies should be paying you to advertise their brand. They are using your bags to advertise their company. If you would like your name or logo on the zippers, Great Lakes can arrange this on all custom orders for a small setup charge.
